4.0方平口攪拌車是用來運送混凝土的專用車輛，這種車的后面會安裝一個大罐，用來對混凝土進行攪拌的。為大家介紹一下自動上料攪拌車的操作。

4.0 square mouth mixer is a special vehicle for transporting concrete. A large tank will be installed at the back of the truck to mix the concrete. To introduce the operation of automatic feeding mixer.

一、人進入筒內清除混凝土的結塊時，應將車輛熄火，拔下電門鑰匙，筒外設人監護。

1、 When people enter the cylinder to remove the concrete caking, they should turn off the vehicle, pull out the switch key, and set people outside the cylinder to monitor.

二、操作操縱桿時，應在“空檔”位置稍作停留后方可動至下一個位置。

2、 When operating the control lever, stop at the "neutral" position for a while before moving to the next position.

三、運輸前，卸料槽必須固定在“行駛”位置，防止擺動。

3、 Before transportation, the discharge chute must be fixed in the "driving" position to prevent swing.

四、啟動后，應將攪拌操縱桿放在“卸料”位置，放去筒內積水。

4、 After starting, the mixing control rod should be placed in the "discharge" position to remove the water in the cylinder.

五、裝料時，攪拌操作桿應放在“裝料”位置。

5、 When loading, the mixing operating rod should be placed in the "loading" position.

六、啟動前，應將攪拌操縱桿放在“空檔”位置。

6、 Before starting, put the mixing control lever in the "neutral" position.

七、搞好文明施工，桶內多余材料不準隨便亂倒。卸料后必須對攪拌筒、料槽、托輥等部位進行清洗。

7、 Do a good job in civilized construction, and do not dump the surplus materials in the barrel. After discharging, the mixing drum, material trough, idler and other parts must be cleaned.

八、啟動前應對機械系統各部位認真進行檢查，確認良好后方可啟動。

8、 Before starting, all parts of the mechanical system should be carefully checked, and the machine can be started only after it is confirmed to be in good condition.
